Hi Pam, thank you for your advise on UV sterilization.
Now I do have another question.
I'm planning to add Thorichthys pasionis, Vieja heterospilus, Thorichthys meeki and Thorichthys Mixteco Blue to this 125 gal. tank. Do you think that they will be good tankmates?

Jorge

Hi Jorge,
It will be okay for awhile! But once you have pairs forming you may see some issues. Buying them young and letting them grow up together seems to work good, they learn to tolerate each other. Also you may want to consider some dither fish. Giant Danio's or Rainbow fish would be good ones. They will add a little action to upper part of your tank, make your fish feel more comfortable. They can also take a beating and keep on ticking!!! Also be aware that Thorichthys will cross with each other, and you don't want that to happen, make sure you keep your strains clean and pure.
Good luck!
