Managuense in trouble??

Post by heybatista »

i thought my managuense was ready to drop eggs when i saw a tube drop from her bottom but now i'm convinced someting is really wrong. She's stopped eating and it almost seems like her intestine is slowly coming out of her. She's in perfect water conditions so I think it may be a gold fish issue (I give her a few every month as a treat. Here's a link to a picture of what's going on

many thanks in advance

Hi heybatista,

Yeah that doesn't look good. Looks like a digestive problem, could be bacterial or parasites. You shouldn't feed your fish feeders this is what happens when you do. You expose your fish to so many diseases. Hopefully you can bring it around with the suggested peas. Also lots of water changes and consider adding epsom salts.

Good Luck and drop the feeders
