Hi Pam,
I received a trio of what was said to be Lamprologus Ornatipinnis for my LFS, I'm just a little confused. According to the articles I've ready, 1. the pictures are not really matching up, 2. Two of them don't look like the third... They're supposed to be monomorphic right? Anyways, the eyes don't match, not the same size eyes or color. Same goes with the marking and color of the body. So I'm just wondering if EITHER of them is a L. Ornatipinnis or if I should take them all back. I don't want to deal with any cross-breeding if they happen to be closely related. Any help you could shine on the matter would be awesome. I have some pictures. Thanks!
Here are the two:
Here's the odd one out:

Paul,
Pam should be back shortly to help you better. How long have they been in your tank? Just curious if they are showing you their best 'colours' or if they're still stressed. It is very possible the store got in 2 separate species. It may be best to wait for Pam to make her judgement though.
