Re: Cichla kelberi
Welko,
ID'ing this group of Cichla is difficult, it was just recently decribed so there is not a lot of aquarists accounts working with this fish in the aquarium. It is more difficult to ID juveniles as some of the obvious clues are not present yet.
I would post your pictures on Cichlid Room Companion forum
http://www.cichlidae.com/forum/index.php
and Monsterfiskeepers.com also, I found this link that includes the taxonmy description, which may also give you defining points to ID your fish.
http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forum ... p?t=196912
Both of these forums have a lot of traffic and hopefully you can meet up with a hobbyist that is also keeping this species so you can trade info.
They certainly look like fun cichlids to work with!
Cichlid Power!
