Skin Peeling
Hi...I just recently bought my cichlid oscar.....and his skin is peeling for no reason...could any 1 explain to me what is going on and is their any way to cure it. Thank You.

Oh dear that is not good. It usually means there has been a breakdown of the slime coat. Usually this is caused by some type of bacterial infection. I hope you have checked you water conditions?? compared to the water he came from? Your temperature should be about 78 degrees F. I would suggest a water change, and then treat with medication for bacterial infections.
