Uruguay Trips 2008 & 2009

Failed to post originally, but I will be heading back to Uruguay twice in the upcoming year. The November dates and itineray are set. The 2009 trip is tentatively scheduled for the first week of March.

If you have never gone collecting before Uruguay truly is collecting for dumbies. It requires almost no vaccinations, North Americans and many other countries around the world only require a valid passport for entry. It is one of the very few countries in the world that has export and health certificates for the fish upon exit to allow for the easiest import of the fish you caught. Not to mention the country is one of the safest in the world, and completely full of cichlids and new cichlid species and every river, stream, lake and puddle!
