No way it should cost that much to get set up with O2. You don't need medical-grade, as welding O2 is just fine. You need a regulator, a length of strong braided tubing/hose clamps, and a nozzle of some sort. One used for filling balloons works and is cheap, but one with a long thin nozzle is easier to use. Go to a Praxair, or other welding supply store for advice. Good luck!
