Lifetime Membership Requirements?

I did a quick search on our website but could not find information on this. I believe one of the requirements was to submit three articles to the bulletin but I cannot remember the other requirements.
I've submitted two articles thus far this year and can easily submit a third for next month.
I'd like to be a lifetime member so what else do I need to do?

A lifetime membership can be attained by meeting the following criteria: 1000 points, 10 articles published in the bulletin, and a program delivered to the membership at a social meeting.

It probably should be on the Membership page. I just checked; it's not in the constitution.

I wonder if Bowl Show reports, OCA History columns, speaker profiles, and President's Messages count as articles. Maybe 5 board member reports can count as one article.
