Hemitaeniochromis krampus (Dierickx & Snoeks, 2020)

保育: Hemitaeniochromis krampus 未被国际自然保护联盟（IUCN）在濒危物种红色名录中为自然保育进行评估. It is a rather rare species and is not targeted by the ornamental fish trade, but the fact that it hunts in the water column it could be vulnerable to the nets of utaka fishermen. On the other hand, since H. krampus is mostly found in intermediate habitats not too many fishermen will risk their nets getting caught in the few rocks that occur in such habitats.
